In this role, you will be responsible for providing legal advice to the company on various corporate matters including contracts, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property. You will play a critical role in protecting the company's interests and ensuring that all business operations are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders. You will work closely with our executive team and other departments to support business initiatives and mitigate legal risks.
