Job Description

Divyateja IT Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an Application Performance Engineer to join our growing product engineering team in Noida. We build media-rich web platforms that handle high-volume audio/video content, real-time collaboration, and AI-driven voice processing. Our stack is built on Next.js, Laravel, and Node.js, with a heavy emphasis on delivering a seamless, low-latency experience for creators and consumers alike. In this role, you will work closely with our frontend, backend, and audio engineering teams to identify performance bottlenecks, optimize resource usage, and ensure our applications remain fast and stable under load. You'll be responsible for profiling, load testing, and fine-tuning everything from database queries to client-side rendering. Because our domain involves audio production and streaming, you'll also help optimize audio processing pipelines and playback performance, so a basic understanding of audio engineering concepts is a big plus.
